Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund rules are intended to keep rental dates and inventory clear for every customer.

1. Rent paid online is non-refundable and non-cancellable once the booking is confirmed, except where Shraddha Boutique & Rentals cannot provide the booked outfit.
2. If we cannot provide the booked outfit, the eligible payment is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Online security deposits are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the outfit is checked, minus any applicable damage deductions.
4. Deposits paid at the store are returned at the store, subject to the condition of the outfit.
5. Purchased outfits are eligible for return only according to the purchase return terms communicated at checkout.
6. Purchase orders may be cancelled for a full refund until they are shipped.
