Rental Policy

Please review these terms before confirming a rental booking.

1. Collect your outfit after 4 PM on the pickup date.
2. Return it before 12 PM on the return date. Late returns may attract additional rental charges as shown at booking.
3. A refundable security deposit is required for every rental outfit.
4. Blouse fitting is allowed. Any other alteration needs our written permission.
5. Check the outfit before leaving the store and report any problem promptly after pickup.
6. Permanent stains, tears, and missing or damaged accessories may be deducted from the security deposit.
7. For delivery returns, the deposit is processed after the outfit reaches the store and is checked.
8. Bookings cannot be exchanged once confirmed.
